These Terms govern your use of RotoRank (rotorank.com), which is owned and operated by Ben Birkinbine ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using RotoRank, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use RotoRank.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you are. One account per person.

2. Free to play, no prizes

RotoRank is free. There are no entry fees, no purchases and no prizes of any kind, and nothing on RotoRank has cash value. Points, ranks and medals are for recognition only. If we ever offer paid features or prizes, they will come with separate terms that you must accept before taking part.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Tell us right away at ben@rotorank.com if you think someone else has used it. Your username must not impersonate anyone or be offensive. We may change or remove a username that breaks these Terms.

4. Contest rules

  • Rankings must be submitted before the posted lock time. Locked rankings cannot be changed.
  • Scores are calculated from official statistics as reported after each week or season, using the scoring described on How It Works. We may correct scores, standings or results if we find an error in the statistics or in our calculations.
  • We may change contest rules, formats, lock times or scoring for future contests, and we may cancel or void a contest if something outside our control affects it (for example, a cancelled or postponed game).
  • Our decisions on scoring and standings are final.

5. Fair play

You agree not to:

  • Create multiple accounts or enter on behalf of someone else
  • Use bots, scripts or automated tools to create or submit rankings
  • Interfere with the site, try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or probe the site for security weaknesses without our permission
  • Harass other users or post offensive content in usernames or league names

We may remove entries, reset scores, or suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

6. Our content

RotoRank, its logo, and the site's design, software and content belong to Ben Birkinbine. RotoRank™ is a trademark of Ben Birkinbine (registration pending). You may not copy or reuse them without permission. RotoRank is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, MLB, or any team, player or players' association. Team and player names are used only to identify them.

7. Disclaimers

RotoRank is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that player information, statistics or scores will be complete or accurate. RotoRank is for entertainment only and is not betting or financial advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ben Birkinbine is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of RotoRank. Because RotoRank is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to $0, or the minimum amount allowed by law, whichever is greater.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using RotoRank at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing ben@rotorank.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, or stop offering RotoRank at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above, and for significant changes we will notify users by email or on the site. If you keep using RotoRank after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
